對我而言，首飾是記錄和敘事的最佳載體，它是連接著內心和外部的世界，連接著過去與現在的媒介，可以將自己對事物獨特的個人記憶帶入其中，也可以讓觀眾產生共鳴。

我的第一套作品以金屬材料為主，同時使用了印刷圖像，醫療用品等材料。我把它們連接起來，用最直接的視覺語言來記錄我人生中的第一次手術。第二套首飾記錄著我以前所不了解的家人和家庭過往。外公對我來說是熟悉的陌生人，而他并沒有在我的生命中出現過，我沒有辦法去感受他作為親人對我的愛。我用首飾作為媒介彌補我的遺憾，保留他過往存在的痕跡，作為我缺失的情感寄托。

當代首飾的材料的不受限的，在我最近的一個項目里我探索了美甲片應用于首飾的可能性。美甲起初的目的就是為了吸引男性目光，在一部分人眼中，裸露的指甲如同素顏，無法面對公共場所的凝視。我將社交恐懼群體的心理視為一個容器，在從一些自然界現象中聯想到，他們其實就是一個“繭”，在每個“繭”中，你在創造屬于你自己的美麗，你不沖破它永遠不知道里面有什么東西，于是我嘗試用美甲的材料做一個素凈柔軟的繭型，利用顏色和材料質感的對比去表達每個人不同的個性和可能性，希望能鼓勵社交恐懼群體去展示自我。

To me, jewellery is the ultimate medium for recording and telling stories, connecting the inner and outer worlds, as well as the past and present. It possesses the power to evoke resonance in those who behold it.  

My initial works consisted primarily of metal materials. I utilized printed images, medical supplies, and other materials to connect them, and employed direct visual language to document my first surgical experience. The second set of jewellery documents the history of my family, including those members whom I had not previously known. My grandfather is a familiar stranger to me, having never been present in my life. As a result, I have been unable to experience his love as a relative. I use jewellery as a means to compensate for my regrets and keep the remnants of his past existence as my emotional sustenance.

Contemporary jewellery materials are diverse. In a recent project, I experimented with using nail film in jewellery. Originally designed to attract male attention, nail art is often seen as a necessary adornment for public appearances. I view social anxiety as a protective shell, akin to a cocoon. Within each cocoon, one can create their own unique beauty without fear of judgement. I attempted to create a clean and soft cocoon shape using nail materials, utilising contrasting colours and textures to express each individual’s unique personality and potential. My aim is to inspire those who are hesitant to express themselves in social situations.
